Arrival Inspections

Arrival Inspections are performed by our trained QC team. These inspections allow Amazon to resolve any problems immediately upon arrival at the cold storage facility, and to provide useful feedback to the growers. Growers use this feedback to continuously improve field and packing house procedures.

Direct Monitoring

The Sales Team monitors and evaluates our growers' product on a daily basis at the cold storage facility in conjunction with the QC Team. This allows the best possible placement of fruit and minimizes costly product returns that destroy value for our growers.

Problem Resolution

The Sales Team's personal knowledge of product quality and condition better prepares them to handle any problems for the best result for the grower
